21 Gun Salute at Stirling Castle - Birthday of Prince Charles 2016

Remembrance Events and Armed Forces Parades

On 14 November 2016 a 21 gun salute was fired from the Queen Anne garden at Stirling Castle in honour of the birthday of Prince Charles. The firing was carried out by 105 Regiment Artillery and Aberdeen University Officer Training Corps (OTC). Queen Victoria School Pipe Band, Dunblane, provided musical accompaniment. They were inspected by Marjory McLachlan the Lord Lieutenant of Stirling & Falkirk.
